Are you offering shipping for free, a flat rate, or a variable fee?

  • Yes, we offer Free Economy shipping. However, if you wish to expedite the shipment, then standard shipping rates will apply.

 

How long will it take for your customers to get their packages?

  • Our estimated turnaround time for shipment is 5-10 business days.

 

What carrier(s) do you ship with?

  • We may use USPS or UPS services but our carriers vary by shipping location.

 

What are your shipping rates?

  • You can either have your orders shipped via Free Economy shipping or have it expedited for a fee.

 

Where are the items manufactured?

  • Our items are manufactured at various partner locations - from our custom woodshop right here in the USA, to Central America, India, and China.

 

How old do I have to be to place an order on your web site?

  • All customers must be 18 years old and above to be able to place orders from us.

 

Can you refuse my order?

  • We do our best to provide excellent service and fill all orders. However, on rare and unexpected occasions, we do reserve the right to refuse orders.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards.

 

Why was my credit/debit card declined?

  • For any concerns about declined payments, please contact your credit card company.

 

Can I change my order?

  • If you need to change an order, please reach out to info@briarandoak.com ASAP for us to cancel the order before it gets shipped out. You may then reorder with your changes. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

How will I keep track of my order's progress when I submit an order?
