Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to the registered email address as a receipt confirmation. The same email notification will be sent out to advise if the refund has been approved or denied. All refunds will be handled through email, if necessary.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used to purchase. For other payment methods used, instructions will be provided on the email.

Please follow below steps for any late or missing refunds:

  • If the refund (credit) is not yet showing up on the credit card concerned, kindly check the transaction records and confirm that no credit has been applied.
  • After which, contact the credit card company or the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  • If all of the abovementioned steps have been followed and still no refund, please contact us at info@briarandoak.com.

IMPORTANT: Sale items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
