Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy allows item returns within the 30 days from the time the order was received. If 30 days have gone by and the item is not yet returned, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Replacements or exchanges are only applicable if the items are wrong, defective or damaged. Only the exact same item as ordered may be sent as a replacement. Items of the same value may not be sent as replacements.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please read through the following conditions:
- An email must be initiated first to let us know about the concern. Please use the email address email@example.com in sending us the details of the dispute.
- The item/s must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition it was received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Purchases should not be sent back to the manufacturer. Our return address is 3301 9th Ave SW, Huntsville, AL 35805.
- The shipping costs for returning an item will be shouldered by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on the destination, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.
- If the item being shipped is over $75, using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance is advised. There’s no guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
